We had a mostly comfortable stay, as the basics were covered, warm water and clean beds for my family, which was really all we needed to recharge after exploring Real de Catorce. The property had a decent vibe for families, even if it was a bit far from the main attractions.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more accessible routes for families with strollers. We struggled with some steep areas that were a little tricky to navigate.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi in public areas, luggage storage, and they even allow pets! The staff once helped me return my forgotten earpods, showing their commitment to good service. I highly recommend staying here.

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
The room is fine for a short stay offering warm blankets and clean linens. Free wifi worked well and made it easy to plan local excursions.
The property is located near residential areas, making it somewhat distant from the main square and attractions for families.

free wifi in public areas, warm water access, proximity to parking lot
Limited access routes for guests with mobility issues!!! Noise from staff gatherings and blocked entry points were frustrating!!! Upgrading rooms resulted in overcharges, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere!!!

The location is fantastic since it's a walking distance from everything! But the service left much to be desired. the staff seemed indifferent. Room was small and I felt overcharged for the upgrade. 😕

the hotel had these absurdly rude staff members who didn’t apologize as we struggled up blocked ramps with elderly family. I almost forgot to mention the lovely night of noise from staff relatives blaring music next door—a real treat! I woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary gesture for all these inconveniences, but clearly, that’s too much to ask.

Basic stay for a family
This place has the basics for sure. The warm water was great after long days. We only stayed for 2 nights and it was just good enough for sleeping. Beware tho, it’s not close to the main square and you might feel a bit disoriented walking back at night. Breakfast was decent too, with some fresh fruit.

The location's spot on the main road made it easy to explore. The free wifi was solid! Room had warm blankets which really helped me since it was chilly that night.
Everything was as perfect as can be.

The room was basic but clean, with warm water and a comfortable bed. It was great for just sleeping after a day exploring. The blankets kept me warm since it was cold outside. Plus, it was right on the main road, making it easy to access everything nearby. But don't expect anything fancy since there’s no lobby or extras.
